Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Follow these simple steps for a quick resolution:

  2. Fast Resolution – Our team will review your request promptly and provide the best possible solution.
  3. Replacement or Store Credit – If the damage is verified, we will send a replacement or issue store credit.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! While we do not offer refunds, we provide store credit in certain cases.

  • Not sure about a scent? Try our free testers (included in every order) before committing to a full-size bottle!
  • Change of mind? We do not accept returns for used or opened items, but if your product is unused and in its original packaging, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.
